Whether it is required by the mortgage company or not, Randy strongly recommends a termite inspection. Not only will you find out if the home is infested with Wood Destroying Insects, you also find out if there are conducive conditions in or around the home that can increase the chance of Wood Destroying Insects in the future.

Our report covers more information than the regular hand written State forms. Our Reports are performed on a laptop computer at the time of the inspection. The report is e-mailed to the buyer, realtor, title company, and anyone else that needs the report from the inspected home. The reports are typed (so they are easy to read), and have pictures to show the areas of infestation and conducive conditions of the home.
