Randy Lee had one of the first companies locally to offer an Optional One Year Warranty on their Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) / Termite Inspections.

The Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) / Termite Inspection is a visual inspection. There is no guarantee that Wood Destroying Insects are not in the structure/home. Wood Destroying Insects may be within walls, under insulation, between slabs, hidden by floor coverings, furniture, fixtures, or any other area that may not be visible at the time of inspection.

Wood Destroying Insects can enter a home within days or become visible within days of the inspection. This warranty offer is to treat any infestation of Wood Destroying Insects if they infest or become visible in the inspected home/structure over the next 12 months following the inspection.

The cost of the warranty varies from home to home, depending upon the conducive conditions, obstructed areas, size of the home, and the home's foundation type. Foundation types include slab, crawl, pier & beam or a combination of slabs, crawls and piers. The cost can vary from $40 to $60.
